100 days into the protests going in Punjab
Updated: May 18
Many international human rights bodies, state governments have spoken out that the rights of these protestors need to be protected. Their fundamental rights should be protected as they protest. More than a hundred people are dead and no one really knows who will be the next. Elderly couples, individual men and women, all strongly believe that the laws will be repealed. That is yet to be soon. The ruling government the BJP continues unabated not listening to their woes to reach an amicable solution.
This is one of the most historic protests where multiple organic support groups with their relatives and NGOs from abroad are present. Time is of the essence. These people need the most support.
